How do I place an order?
Simply click on ‘Add to cart’ which is displayed next to the item in question this will be then added to your cart, if you still want to shop then continue other wise proceed to checkout where you can follow the process to complete the purchase.

1940-‘s/1980’s – Vintage 1940’s –antique Items in the 1990’s Category are items I deem to have a Vintage/Retro design or be Vintage/Retro Style/Vintage/retro Inspired

How often do you add new products?
Every 6-8 weeks, sign up for the I love Vintagebagz newsletter and every time I add gorgeous new items and set up new promotions you will be notified by e-mail so you don’t miss out. All items are individual and unique so once it’s sold it’s sold!

What forms of payments do you accept?
You can pay by debit or credit card through PayPal and Google. I also accept E-Cheque through PayPal but I cannot ship your item until the E-cheque has cleared.

I also accept postal orders for UK purchases,  just slect postal order at checkout and send a postal order for the total purchase. I will provide the address details when I receive the order details.

when I receive the postal order I will post your item by 1st class post and e-mail you the tracking information.

Sorry but I do not accept cash or cheques.

Why is there a Brown add cart button and also a Orange add to cart button?
The brown add to cart button is for those who wish to pay by Google Checkout or by Postal Order and the Orange add to cart is for those who wish to pay by PayPal please see the instructions below.

'If you wish to pay PayPal then click  the Orange 'add to cart' button. If  purchasing more than one item simply click the 'continue shopping' button and add the next time by clicking on the Orange button on the page of the next item you wish to buy. When you have added the final item click 'checkout' on the PayPal page to make payment.
To view the contents of the PayPal Cart at anytime simply click on the Orange 'View Cart Button' on the right hand side under the free international shipping offer text.

If you wish to pay by Postal Order or by Google checkout  then click the Brown 'add to cart button' and select the payment methods from the list when prompted
. If you wish to buy more than one item simply click the 'continue shopping' button and when you have selected the final item click 'show cart' which is the top Blue button on the left hand side of the page.

Why is there are there 2 view cart buttons?
The Orange on the right hand side one is to view the items in the Paypal Cart and the Blue one on the top left hand side is to view items in the I Love Vintagebagz Cart that are to be paid for by Google Checkout or Postal Order.

Do I need a PayPal Account to purchase from your shop?
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from I love Vintagebagz but if you have one then you can use it. You can also pay with Google checkout

How does the Currency Converter work?
 This function is only available on the initial main category page and not on the sub category pages or the full item page. When you click on a main category (Blue boxed) the page will load everything in that category. If something catches your eye and you want to know what the price is in another currency then simply right click on the price and a drop down box will appear allowing you to convert the price. You can click on the item title and this will take you to a detailed description for the item

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal and Google for payments, and PayPal and Google automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

When do you ship items?
All fully paid for items are dispatched daily.

Please purchase and pay by 7pm (GMT) for item to be dispatched the next day.

Example:

An item purchased  Monday 6.30pm would be posted Tuesday, an item purchased 8.45pm Monday would be posted Wednesday.

All UK items are sent 1st Class Recorded so will need a signature upon arrival.

Royal Mail quote 1-3 Working days for delivery of 1st Class items but please allow up 7 working days for delivery as delays can occur

All International Deliveries are sent via Airmail Registered and require a signature upon delivery. Royal Mail quote 3-5 Working days for delivery but please allow up to 14 working days as delays can occur.

You will receive e-mail once your order has been dispatched with your tracking number.

How do I do qualify for Free International Shipping?
(All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance)

You pay for the order in full and if your sale meets the Terms and Conditions you will then be refunded the total postage cost paid so you get free postage!

GBP £100.00(Convert) must be in GBP currency.

I Love vintagebagz reserves the right to withdraw the offer at anytime without prior notice.

If you want to make a purchase but see that the total value of the items you wish to buy are slightly under the GBP £100.00(Convert) e.g GBP £98.00(Convert) then e-mail prior to purchasing to see if you can still qualify for the offer.

If using a coupon or voucher code then the order must be GBP £100.00(Convert) after entering coupon code.

Orders will be pending until confirmed, orders will be checked to verify that they meet the Terms and Conditions before dispatch.

Once accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail, a refund for postage paid and then a seperate tracking number once the goods have been dispatched.

Orders will be cancelled and refunded if they are below GBP £100.00(Convert) or paid in the wrong currency.

What are your shipping rates and do you ship internationally?
I offer fixed rate shipping based on the type of item your purchasing and the shipping rate will be displayed to you at the checkout before you pay. The shipping rate is based on trackable delivery. Yes I also ship internationally.
UK customers receive Free 1st Class Recorded Delivery and International Customers qualify for free interntional shipping when spending over £100

Royal Mail will leave a card from which you can take to your local depot and collect in person or call to arrange a more suitable time for delivery.

If an item is grossly misrepresented please contact me within 24 days of receiving your order and I will my best to correct the situation. If it is decided that I will grant a return/refund only store credit will be given. Please see my Terms and conditions page for full details.

Yes, Vintage items are individual and unique so once an item is gone is gone! If you see an item you like purchase as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

I’m looking for something you don’t have, can you find I for me?
I can certainly try but cannot make promises as most Vintage items are one-offs and it’s very hard to find the same or near same item in the same style/colour. You can e-mail me and I will try to find the item for you.

Unfortunately I am unable to hold items as Vintage items are normally one-offs and unique/individual so once an item is sold it’s gone!
